Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, with all tags attached, and—if reasonably possible—in the original packaging. Phone cases can only be returned in their original Casemania box. Please also keep your proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. In case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.
Return Procedure

You can register your return via your customer account on our webshop or contact us at support@casemania.nl to initiate a return.

After approval, we will send you the return instructions.

Send the item back including all original accessories.

Always keep your proof of shipment until the return has been fully processed.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at support@casemania.nl.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Would you like to exchange an item that isn't defective or incorrectly delivered? No problem:

Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item

EU Right of Withdrawal
For orders within the European Union, the legal 14-day withdrawal period applies.
Within this period, you may cancel or return your order without stating a reason. The conditions remain the same: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
